Nachhaltige Bio\u00f6konomie? Diskurse, Kommunikation und Partizipation<\/strong>

Das wissenschaftspolitische Leitbild der Bio\u00f6konomie soll in Deutschland und Europa die Transformation hin zu einer nachhaltigen \u00d6konomie f\u00f6rdern. Diese wird seit \u00fcber zehn Jahren in den unterschiedlichsten Bereichen, wie der Energiegewinnung oder der Herstellung von Produkten erprobt. Aufgrund der einschneidenden Ver\u00e4nderungen, mit der die Realisierung bio\u00f6konomischer Prozesse und Verfahren verbunden ist, gilt es verschiedene Gruppen, ihre Positionen und Praktiken sowie diskursiven Konstellationen zu betrachten. Bis vor knapp drei Jahren waren es z.B. in Deutschland vor allem Akteure aus Wissenschaft, Politik und Wirtschaft, welche die Leitbildentwicklung und Umsetzung bestimmten. Kaum beteiligt waren B\u00fcrger*innen oder zivilgesellschaftliche Gruppen, weder auf internationaler, nationaler noch regionaler Ebene.<\/p>\n

Der Herausgeberinnenband \u201eNachhaltige Bio\u00f6konomie? Diskurse, Kommunikation und Partizipation\u201c bringt hierf\u00fcr erstmalig vielf\u00e4ltige Beitr\u00e4ge aus dem wachsenden Feld der transformativen Forschung zusammen, um sich reflexiv der Rolle von Kommunikation und Beteiligung im Feld der nachhaltigen Bio\u00f6konomie zu widmen. Die vorrangig deutschen und exemplarisch europ\u00e4ischen Beitr\u00e4ge setzen sich mit Fragen auseinander, wer (welche Akteure und Konstellationen), wie (mit welchen sprachlichen Mitteln), mit welchen Werkzeugen (mittels welcher Medien und Formaten) die Leitbilder und die damit verbundenen Ma\u00dfnahmen in Deutschland und Europa kommuniziert.<\/p>\n

Dabei sind Beitr\u00e4ge in deutscher oder englischer Sprache erw\u00fcnscht, die sich mit den Diskursen in Deutschland oder in anderen europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern, den beteiligten Akteuren, ihren Positionen und Erz\u00e4hlfiguren theoretisch und empirisch auseinandersetzen und\/oder sich mit Methoden und Verfahren der Partizipation besch\u00e4ftigen.<\/p>\n

Sustainable Bioeconomy? Discourses, communication and participation

According to its promoters, the guiding principle of bioeconomy concepts is to encourage changes towards a more sustainable life in Germany and Europe. For more than ten years, they have been tested in a wide variety of areas, such as energy production and the production of goods. Due to the significant changes associated with the realization of bioeconomic processes and procedures, it is necessary to consider the different groups affected by these changes, their voices, positions and practices as well as their discursive constellations in this area. The discourse about the bioeconomy concepts has largely been driven by political, scientific and business elites in the past. These actors were involved in the development and implementation of the concept. Hardly any citizens or actors from civil society were involved, neither on international, national nor regional level.<\/p>\n

Against this background and for the first time, the volume \u201cSustainable Bioeconomy? Discourses, Communication and Participation\u201d brings together a wide range of perspectives and contributions from the growing field of transformative research concerned with the role of communication and participation in the field of sustainable bioeconomy. In this volume, primarily German and exemplary European contributions address questions concerning the actors and their constellations (\u201cWho\u201d), the linguistic means (\u201cHow\u201d) and the tools\/methods (media and formats) with which the concepts of bioeconomy communicate or are communicated while examining the associated paths and measures in Germany and Europe.<\/p>\n
