On 3 May, KWI organized a \u201cWelcome and Introduction\u201d to give fellows the chance to introduce themselves and their research projects to KWI colleagues and the public. For this, fellows were asked to select one image, illustration, or slide as a springboard to speak about their research. After an impressive and dense overview, the fellows \u2013 together with director <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.kulturwissenschaften.de\/en\/person\/prof-dr-julika-griem\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Julika Griem<\/a> and fellowship coordinator\u00a0<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.kulturwissenschaften.de\/en\/person\/ricarda-menn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ricarda Menn<\/a>, who moderated the evening \u2013 reflected on collaborative ways of working, the experiences of finding research topics as well as the challenges and possibilities of interdisciplinarity.
