On invitation of the research network \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kulturwissenschaften.de\/kulturen-des-kompromisses\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cultures of Compromise<\/a>,\u201d he will present his current monograph &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/12c34f31-59be-3f97-eeb5-c0d53388ee06.filesusr.com\/ugd\/73982d_2fe3e1cd50a14f4b840b84d4dca0f3a3.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sinking into the Honey Trap<\/a>&#8221; in a public lecture on Wednesday, 24 January, at the University of M\u00fcnster.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Bar-Tal is distinguished for his research on the socio-psychological foundations and dynamics of intractable conflicts. Furthermore, he developed a conceptual framework for understanding children\u2019s political socialization and for peace education. His research is mainly concerned with the Israeli-Arab-Palestinian conflict and he has presented comprehensive sociopolitical and socio-psychological analyses of its emergence, persistence and maintenance.
