Welcome to the KWI library homepage!
The library supports the Fellows of the Institute for Advanced Study in the Humanities by providing literature and information services for their bibliographical work. We provide books, journal articles and electronic records held by the Duisburg-Essen University Library as well as from other libraries as promptly as possible.
For general literature searches and specific subject information we supply access to national and international database servers via the homepage of the Duisburg-Essen University Library (access to the university computer network required).

Opening hours:
The library is open to Fellows of the KWI 24 hours a day. The library may also be used by people who are not members of the institute, by prior arrangement.
